About the Role
Hyperloop Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Trainee / Fresher with an Architecture background to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team.
The candidate will work closely with Senior Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, Society Representatives, Developers and Contractors and will gain practical exposure to redevelopment projects, project coordination, site management, documentation, design coordination and construction monitoring.
This role is ideal for an architecture graduate who wants to build a career beyond conventional architectural design and develop expertise in Project Management, PMC, Society Redevelopment and Real Estate Advisory.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating and monitoring ongoing redevelopment projects.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, developers and other project stakeholders.
Assist in reviewing architectural drawings, working drawings, specifications and project documents.
Maintain project documentation, drawing registers, trackers, minutes of meetings and correspondence.
Attend project meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and action-point trackers.
Assist in monitoring project schedules, milestones, deliverables and pending activities.
Conduct regular site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress against approved drawings and project schedules.
Identify and report site-level issues, discrepancies, delays and coordination requirements to the Project Manager.
Assist in checking architectural and technical drawings for coordination and basic compliance.
Follow up with consultants and contractors for drawings, submissions, approvals and pending deliverables.
Assist in preparing project progress reports, presentations, status updates and dashboards.
Support the Project Manager in coordinating with Co-operative Housing Societies, Managing Committees and Redevelopment Committees.
Assist in maintaining records related to redevelopment, approvals, permissions, tenders and project correspondence.
Participate in site inspections, technical discussions and coordination meetings.
Assist in preparing tender-related documents, comparison statements and technical evaluation reports.
Support the team in coordination with developers during the redevelopment and construction process.
Perform other project coordination and management responsibilities assigned by senior management.
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
Strong interest in Project Management, PMC, Construction and Real Estate Redevelopment.
Basic understanding of architectural drawings, construction processes and building materials.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Robust documentation and reporting abilities.
Ability to understand drawings and technical documents.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders professionally.
Willingness to travel for site visits and project meetings across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Raigad and MMR.
Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and project tracking.
Basic understanding of construction project management.
Familiarity with RERA, UDCPR/DCPR and redevelopment processes will be an advantage.
Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera / project management software will be an added advantage.
Experience with AutoCAD and reading architectural/structural drawings.
Strong presentation and report-making skills.

Important Requirement The position involves regular site visits, client/society meetings, consultant coordination and occasional meetings outside normal office hours, depending on project requirements. Candidates should be comfortable with travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
