Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of water treatment and wastewater treatment projects.

- Track project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays or risks.

- Coordinate daily with site execution teams through phone calls, virtual meetings, emails, and project management tools to ensure timely execution of activities.

- Follow up with site engineers regarding work progress, manpower deployment, material availability, and equipment status.

- Ensure project milestones are achieved within the planned timelines.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports for management review.

- Coordinate with procurement, design, production, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

- Escalate critical issues affecting project schedules to the Project Manager and recommend corrective actions.





- Monitor project documentation, including work progress reports, inspection records, and client communications.

- Support the Project Manager in organizing project review meetings and documenting action points.

- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and project execution standards.

- Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders whenever required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or execution, preferably in the water or wastewater treatment industry.

- Freshers with robust technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
