Role & responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and oversee assigned projects from initiation to commissioning, aligned with company goals and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress against milestones, and manage resources and priorities.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, and Quality to ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, and assemblies.
- Drive build, mechanical/electrical assembly, integration, and wiring of automation systems and SPMs.
- Lead in-house testing, debugging, and pre-dispatch trials; support PLC/robot integration with controls counterparts.
- Plan and execute installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and handover at customer sites.
- Identify and escalate risks, delays, and technical issues; drive corrective actions to protect timeline and cost.
- Maintain transparent communication and status reporting to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Capture and resolve site issues; conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards throughout execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience of FAT and SAT.

- Fluet in English communication.
