We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer (MEP) to oversee design, estimation, and execution support for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in construction projects. The role requires robust technical expertise, compliance knowledge, and hands-on experience in MEP systems within construction or real estate environments.

Requirements

1. B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 10–12 years of experience

2. Must be a Mechanical Engineer with good knowledge of HVAC (AC), plumbing, and firefighting systems.

3. Must be experienced in working with construction ERP tools.

4. Must have the ability to determine heat load requirements.

5. Must have the ability to create single-line diagrams (SLDs).

6. Must have experience in BOQ preparation based on drawings and cost estimation for complete MEP packages.

7. Must be familiar with NBC guidelines, ASHRAE standards, and local fire norms.

8. Good experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of MEP systems.

9. Should be able to prepare as-built drawings.
