Role Description The Project Engineer will oversee and coordinate construction activities for residential projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within quality and budget standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, planning and monitoring project progress, coordinating with site teams and contractors, and resolving technical issues that arise during execution. The role involves conducting site inspections, preparing reports, supporting material and equipment planning, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. This is a full time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, requiring regular collaboration with project managers, engineers,



and other stakeholders to keep projects running efficiently.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, and monitoring progress against milestones.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.

Relevant experience in building construction or real estate development, preferably in residential projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Knowledge of construction safety standards, quality control practices, and applicable local regulations.

Proficiency with project management tools and basic engineering software; familiarity with MS Office.

Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple tasks, and respond effectively to project challenges.
