Job Summary: SOLIZE is looking for a Project Engineer – Electrical Wire Harness with 5+ years of experience in the Automotive industry to work at the customer location in Delhi. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CATIA Electrical, electrical logical design, wire harness installation, intelligent library creation, and formboard/flattened drawings. The role requires solid technical expertise, customer interaction, troubleshooting capabilities, and excellent communication skills to successfully deliver Electrical Wire Harness projects.
Roles & Responsibilities: Design and develop Automotive Electrical Wire Harness systems using CATIA Electrical modules. Create and maintain Electrical Intelligent Libraries.
Perform Wire Harness
Installation and develop Formboard/Flattened Drawings. Prepare and review Electrical Logical Designs using tools such as Zuken, Elsys, OrCAD, or similar 2D logical design software.
Support Solid
Modeling and Assembly Design activities using CATIA. Coordinate with customer teams to understand project requirements and deliver engineering solutions.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely technical support. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support successful project execution.
Requirements Technical Requirements: Hands-on experience in Electrical Wire Harness Design. Proficiency in CATIA Electrical modules. Good understanding of Electrical Logical Design.
Experience with Zuken, Elsys, OrCAD, or equivalent logical design tools.
Experience in: Electrical Intelligent Library Creation Wire Harness Installation Formboard / Flattened Drawing Creation Basic knowledge of CATIA Solid Modeling and Assembly Design. Customer troubleshooting experience will be an added advantage. Willingness to work at the customer location in Delhi.
