The Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our offshore delivery team. You'll support documentation-intensive workstreams on live U.S. construction projects — managing submittals and shop drawings, drafting and tracking RFIs, maintaining logs and trackers, and helping prepare clean turnover packages. It's a hands-on role for someone who reads drawings well, is meticulous with documentation, and wants to grow their command of U.S. construction methods and processes.

You'll work closely with U.S.-based Project Managers, so strong written English and a reliable, responsive working style matter as much as technical skill.

What You'll Do

Preconstruction support

- Prepare quantity takeoffs with back-up from architectural and engineering drawings.
- Support bid list development and bidder outreach tracking.
- Assist with conceptual, schematic, DD, and GMP estimate-support deliverables.
- Help organize supplemental contract exhibits, scope notes, alternates, and assumptions.

Construction support

- Manage submittal and shop drawing workflows — review for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to contract documents; develop procurement logs and trackers aligned to the construction schedule; track material status.
- Draft, log, and track RFIs with supporting markups and sketches.
- Maintain project dashboards, drawing logs,



and ASI / bulletin distribution logs.
- Organize and manage drawing sets, ASIs, and bulletins using Bluebeam and Procore.
- Prepare meeting minutes and action logs.
- Support pay application back-up, owner / lender reporting packages, and monthly reports.
- Support insurance and weather-delay tracking.

Coordination support

- Maintain issue trackers and action lists across vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Follow up on open items and escalate blockers early.

Closeout support

- Create and maintain closeout logs, punch lists, and turnover trackers.
- Collect and organize warranty documents, O&M; manuals, and training documentation.
- Support compilation of as-builts and final handover packages for U.S. review.

Delivery discipline

- Work inside Neva templates, checklists, naming conventions, and document-control rules.
- Submit only complete work for review and respond quickly to QA comments and revisions.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
- 1–6 years of experience with a general contractor, subcontractor, PMC, developer, or in design coordination, document control, or project-controls support. Exposure to U.S. or international projects is a plus.
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and construction documentation with robust attention to scope and revision changes.




- Disciplined use of trackers, logs, and organized file structures, with strong working ability in the Microsoft suite.
- Strong written English and the ability to summarize status, issues, and next actions clearly.
- Comfort working in a structured delivery model with templates, QA checks, and escalation rules.
- Experience with construction software such as Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Project.

Nice to Have
- Exposure to takeoffs / estimating support, procurement tracking, submittal workflows, or closeout documentation.
- Experience on commercial, institutional, multifamily, education, healthcare, or hospitality projects.
- Experience supporting U.S., GCC, or other process-driven delivery environments.
- Basic familiarity with BIM / documentation tools and drawing-management workflows.

Training We Provide
- U.S. construction materials and methods (wood framing, MEP, and more).
- Submittal and shop drawing review processes per U.S. standards.
- CSI division structure, and reading specifications and drawings.
- Procore and Bluebeam workflows and best practices.

Working Hours Full-time, with a minimum 3–4 hour daily overlap with U.S. time zones (CST preferred) to stay aligned with our U.S.-based teams.
