Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.

- Execute projects in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.

- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned civil works.

- Coordinate construction activities with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.

- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.

Site Supervision

- Monitor foundation works, RCC structures, masonry, flooring, structural works, finishing activities, and external development works.

- Verify construction quality and workmanship as per engineering standards.

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify quality or execution issues.

- Ensure adherence to approved construction methodologies and safety procedures.

Planning & Coordination

- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly work schedules in coordination with project management.

- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material availability.

- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.

- Support project review meetings by providing site progress updates and technical inputs.

Quality & Safety

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, IS Codes, and company quality standards.

- Monitor QA/QC activities and ensure proper inspection of ongoing civil works.

- Implement safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines at site.

- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and quality inspections.
