Role Overview:As the Project Director for Hotel Construction, you will serve as the strategic lead overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of high-end hospitality developments. You will be responsible for translating architectural vision into reality, managing complex construction workflows, and ensuring that every project meets the rigorous quality and operational standards required by premium hotel brands. You will act as the primary bridge between investors, design consultants, contractors, and internal hospitality operations teams, ensuring seamless alignment from groundbreaking to handover.

Your leadership will be pivotal in driving business outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered within stringent timelines and budgets while maintaining the aesthetic and functional excellence that defines our brand portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the entire construction lifecycle, from site feasibility and procurement to final commissioning, to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with global hospitality standards.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between architects, MEP consultants, and interior designers to ensure the final build aligns perfectly with the operational requirements of the hotel.
- Oversee large-scale project budgets and financial forecasting, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders to ensure optimal return on investment.
- Manage high-stakes vendor and contractor relationships,



enforcing strict quality control and safety protocols to mitigate project risks and delays.
- Integrate hospitality-specific operational needs into the structural design phase, ensuring that back-of-house and guest-facing areas are optimized for long-term efficiency and service delivery.Required Skillset:
- Demonstrate mastery in managing large-scale, complex real estate developments, specifically within the luxury hospitality sector, ensuring structural integrity and design precision.
- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to negotiate with high-level investors and lead diverse, multi-disciplinary construction teams.
- Possess a deep understanding of construction project management software and financial modeling tools to track project health and fiscal performance accurately.
- Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, capable of navigating the high-pressure environment of on-site construction while maintaining a focus on long-term business objectives.
- Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, ideally supplemented by advanced management qualifications from a premier institute.
- Adapt seamlessly to an in office work environment, providing hands-on leadership and real-time decision-making to resolve site-specific challenges as they arise.
