About Purnkuti

Purnkuti is a nonprofit organization working to create sustainable social impact through education, digital inclusion, and women’s empowerment. We are seeking a dynamic, committed, and result-oriented Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate our community development initiatives in Barh, Bihar.

Projects

- Child Development – Water Lily Public School
- Digital Literacy – Project Digital Kuti
- Women Empowerment – Project Dhara

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the daily operations of Water Lily Public School.
- Support and mentor teachers while monitoring student attendance, learning outcomes, and overall development.
- Build strong relationships with parents and ensure a safe, inclusive, child-friendly learning workplace.
- Coordinate Digital Kuti activities, including digital literacy training, computer labs, trainer performance, and learner participation.
- Support Project Dhara by coordinating women's empowerment, livelihood, skill development, and awareness programs.
- Organize training sessions,



workshops, field visits, community outreach, and review meetings.
- Maintain project documentation, beneficiary records, reports, and data.
- Coordinate with community leaders, government departments, donors, and partner organizations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and child safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Rural Development, Management, Sociology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in education, NGO, or community development projects.
- Experience in school management, digital literacy, child development, or women empowerment programs is preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; basic English communication is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within project locations.
