Key Responsibilities

Operations (50%)

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely execution.

- Follow up with internal teams and clients regarding project updates.

- Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers.

- Support task allocation and monitor project progress.

- Ensure smooth communication between different departments.

Marketing (30%)

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

- Coordinate with the creative team for social media and promotional activities.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.

Sales (20%)

- Assist in B2B lead generation and client outreach.

- Schedule meetings with potential business clients.

- Support proposal preparation and follow-up with prospects.





- Build and maintain professional client relationships.

Requirements

- Any Degree.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Willingness to travel for business meetings when required.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
