We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Communicate project updates to internal teams.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure records are up to date.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items.
- Identify potential project risks and escalate issues when needed.
- Support budget tracking and resource planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
