Role Description The Project Control Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Buldhana. The role involves monitoring and controlling project costs, schedules, and performance to ensure delivery within budget and timelines. Daily tasks include developing and updating project plans, tracking progress against milestones, preparing cost and schedule reports, and identifying variances and potential risks.

The Project Control

Engineer collaborates with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams to implement corrective actions, optimize resource utilization,



and maintain compliance with company standards and client requirements. The role also entails supporting forecasting, budgeting, and documentation to enable informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Cost Control and Cost Management skills to oversee budgets, track expenditures, and support financial optimization.
- Candidates should possess Planning & Scheduling skills to develop, update, and manage project timelines and milestones.
- Candidates should possess Project Control skills to monitor project performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective measures.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support risk assessment and decision-making.
- Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in infrastructure or construction projects, preferably in project planning or control functions.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (such as MS Project or Primavera) and standard office software.
- Solid communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
