About Position:

We are looking for a hands-on Senior SDET who can take end-to-end ownership of test automation, quality strategy, and CI/CD quality gates across a distributed microservices platform.

What You'll Do:

- Test Strategy & Quality Ownership Define and drive the overall test strategy for microservices-based applications.
- Take complete ownership of quality engineering practices across the SDLC Establish quality gates in CI/CD pipelines to ensure production readiness Drive shift-left testing practices and ensure early defect detection
- Automation & Framework Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks Implement API and backend automation for REST-based microservices
- Contribute to test framework enhancements using NUnit, xUnit, Selenium Ensure reusability, scalability, and maintainability of test code API & Microservices Testing Perform end-to-end API testing for distributed systems Validate microservices communication and integration points Test event-driven systems and asynchronous workflows
- Ensure reliability and fault tolerance in distributed architectures Backend & Coding Write clean, maintainable automation code using C# / .NET Build utilities and tools to improve test efficiency and coverage
- Collaborate with developers to improve testability of applications CI/CD & DevOps Integration Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins) Implement automated regression, smoke, and sanity testing pipelines
- Monitor pipeline health and ensure fast feedback cycles Enforce quality gates for build and release processes
- Cloud & Environment Testing Test applications deployed on AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway) Validate cloud-native and serverless architectures Work on testing strategies for scalable cloud-based systems

Expertise You'll Bring:





- Hands-on coding experience in C# / .NET Proven experience testing distributed systems / microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of test frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, Selenium)
- Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines Solid understanding of AWS/cloud-based testing Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL Server Good to Have Experience with DynamoDB (NoSQL database)
- Hands-on load testing / performance testing execution Exposure to event-driven systems (SNS, SQS) Familiarity with Docker / containerized environments Knowledge of observability tools (CloudWatch, logs, tracing tools)
