About Position:

We are looking for a skilled Programmer (Dev) with strong expertise in C++ development to work on customer-driven feature enhancements, issue resolution, and product releases. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, develop and test solutions, collaborate with customers, and work effectively in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do:

- As a C++ Developer you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining software applications while ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
- Understand and analyse customer requirements.
- Develop and implement new features based on business needs.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues and defects.
- Perform unit testing and support release testing activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and development processes.
- Conduct change impact analysis for enhancements and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with customers to understand work packets and expectations.
- Use JIRA for task tracking and bug management.
- Maintain source code using SVN version control.
- Ensure adherence to project-specific processes and quality standards.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise in C++ development and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong hands-on experience in C++ programming.
- Knowledge of MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) is preferred.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with unit testing and software troubleshooting.




- Familiarity with JIRA for defect tracking and task management.
- Experience with SVN or similar source control systems.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to project-specific processes and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-facing experience and stakeholder interaction skills will be an advantage.
- BE / BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
