We are looking for a Learner Success & Operations Specialist to manage the learner journey after enrollment by ensuring seamless onboarding, learner engagement, program coordination, and academic operations. Key Responsibilities
Onboard learners and provide support with LMS, Slack, and WhatsApp communities.
Resolve learner queries related to schedules, LMS access, billing, and program policies.
Conduct regular learner follow-ups, collect feedback, and improve learner engagement.
Identify at-risk learners and proactively reduce drop-offs.
Coordinate live classes, mentor schedules, and academic operations.
Manage LMS content, recordings,
study materials, assignments, and project submissions.
Track attendance, learner progress, and prepare operational reports.
Coordinate resume reviews, mock interviews, and support placement tracking. Eligibility
1–3 years of experience in Learner Success, Customer Success, Academic Operations, or EdTech.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, Google Meet, and collaboration tools.
Basic understanding of Python, Machine Learning, or Generative AI is preferred.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
