Key Responsibilities :

- Manage PD IP development, validation, and delivery to SoC programs.
- Define and drive project schedules, scope, milestones, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage IP-SoC integration.
- Identify risks, resolve program issues, and implement mitigation plans.
- Track budgets, metrics, and delivery commitments.
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and executives.
- Improve processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
- Support hardware product lifecycle activities from design through deployment.
- Represent the program and drive stakeholder alignment across organizations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of VLSI/Semiconductor industry experience.
- 5+ years of Program Management (or related) experience.
- Robust experience in technical program management, cross-functional leadership, risk management, and semiconductor product development.
