We're looking for a Program & Operations Lead to design, build, and scale AI-powered customer acquisition and onboarding operations. This is a high-impact role for professionals who can create structure, optimize workflows, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Build customer acquisition operations from scratch
Design CRM workflows, lead stages & operating processes
Manage Voice AI-powered customer acquisition programs
Drive CRM hygiene, lead tracking & callback workflows
Build SOPs, dashboards & reporting frameworks
Manage support teams, vendors & cross-functional stakeholders
Improve funnel performance and reduce operational leakage
Lead daily reviews and stakeholder governance
What We're Looking For
8–10 years in Customer Acquisition, Sales Operations, CRM Operations, RevOps, Telecalling Operations, Inside Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Program Operations
Solid experience with CRM systems, lead lifecycle management & operational reporting
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills with dashboards and funnel analysis
Experience managing support teams, calling teams, vendors or cross-functional operations
Ability to build processes, SOPs, trackers and governance models from scratch
Preferred Background
Candidates from B2B SaaS, Voice AI, Contact Centre Technology, CRM Operations, Customer Acquisition, FinTech, Marketplace, or Customer Success Operations will be highly preferred.
