About the role

QISE, powered by WISER, is leading the implementation of Quantum Technology education initiatives across engineering institutions in Andhra Pradesh under the Amaravati Quantum Valley Mission.

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-oriented Program Manager to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including colleges, internal teams, and senior leadership, to ensure successful implementation of Quantum Technology courses across the state.

Key Responsibilities Program Implementation & Execution

- Coordinate statewide implementation of Quantum Technology courses (QT101 and future programs)
- Ensure smooth onboarding of colleges and academic partners
- Track implementation milestones and identify operational challenges
- Monitor adherence to timelines and deliverables

College & Institutional Coordination

- Act as primary point of contact for Principals and Management
- Conduct follow-ups regarding enrollment, implementation, exams, and certifications
- Support colleges throughout the program lifecycle

Cross-functional Team Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales & Outreach, LMS Operations, Student Support, Marketing, Academic Teams, and Senior Leadership

Operations Monitoring & Reporting

- Monitor enrollments and learner lifecycle
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports,



and executive updates for leadership and government stakeholders

LMS & Institutional Coordination

- Oversee LMS operations, learner onboarding, progress tracking, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with universities and academic bodies

Documentation & Executive Reporting

- Maintain implementation documentation and communication records
- Prepare reports and presentations for institutional, government, and leadership reviews

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or Academic Operations
- Experience with EdTech, educational institutions, or government projects is preferred
