Title: Program Control Lead – Execution & Systems Location: Narsapura, Kolar Role Overview: Provide structured execution tracking and milestone visibility across factory readiness and ramp stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain master tracker covering readiness, capex, procurement, and ramp milestones
- Track manpower ramp and equipment readiness
- Monitor BOM status and engineering change control
- Track MES, SAP, and IT readiness milestones
- Prepare executive dashboards for leadership review
- Ensure action items across functions are tracked to closure Functional Interaction: BD, Engineering, SCM, Finance, Facility, HR, Quality, IT Experience: 6–10 years in manufacturing program management or execution tracking roles Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or MBA Business Impact: Provides execution visibility and prevents fragmented ramp control
