- Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of the Profound platform.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize the platform based on business needs.
- Design and implement enterprise workflows and automation processes.
- Integrate Profound with third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Configure user roles, permissions, authentication, and security settings.
- Perform data migration, validation, and synchronization activities.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
- Support system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create technical documentation, configuration guides, and implementation documentation.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and continuous improvements.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

- 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring the Profound platform.
- Robust understanding of enterprise application architecture and integrations.
- Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, and XML.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and business process optimization.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in client-facing environments.
