This Qualified Video Editor (EdTech) role at TalentGro Global focuses on creating high-quality video content for educational and career-focused programs. In this full-time, on-site role based in Mohali district, the Video Editor will work closely with content and instructional design teams to edit lectures, explainer videos, promos, and social media assets that align with learning outcomes and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, editing videos for clarity and engagement, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and optimizing audio for a polished final product.

The role also involves collaborating on storyboarding and visual concepts, maintaining consistent quality across projects, managing timelines,



and preparing formats suitable for various digital platforms used by TalentGro Global. Qualifications

Strong skills in video production and video editing to handle end-to-end creation of learning content.

Proficiency in video color grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.

Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and graphics to enhance engagement and comprehension.

Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar tools).

Understanding of EdTech content requirements, including pacing, clarity, and accessibility for learners.

Excellent attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and strong sense of design and composition.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, designers, and marketing teams on-site.

Relevant qualification in film, media, animation, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
