2️⃣ Second Round: Face-to-Face Candidates must be comfortable working all five days from the office, attending the face-to-face interview, and working in rotational shifts. We are looking for an experienced Production Support Lead with strong hands-on expertise in supporting Windows-based enterprise applications and managing critical production environments.

✅ IIS Administration and Troubleshooting

✅ Windows Server Administration

✅ AppDynamics Monitoring and Performance Analysis

✅ F5 Load Balancer Administration

✅ Cloudflare, CDN, DNS and WAF Experience Required

- 10–15 years of total IT experience
- 8+ years of relevant production/application support experience
- Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience
- Robust L2/L3 production support and incident-management experience Key Responsibilities
- Manage P1/P2 production incidents and service restoration
- Troubleshoot IIS, Windows Servers, APIs and application performance issues




- Monitor applications using AppDynamics and log-monitoring tools
- Support F5 load balancing, health monitors, pools and traffic routing
- Handle Cloudflare DNS, CDN, WAF, SSL and caching-related issues
- Support production deployments, releases and rollback activities
- Perform root-cause analysis and ensure SLA compliance
- Coordinate with infrastructure, network, development and business teams
- Lead support teams across rotational shifts
