Job Title: Group leader

Report to: Manager

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Check Daily Production plan.
- Check the material availability for production.
- Check the machine working.
- Check hourly production.
- Check weekly production and monthly forecast plan.
- Operators attendance confirm from line leader.
- Taking the meeting to line leader.
- Organize the training plan to Line leaders & operators.
- Planning the process improvements & quality improvements.
- Conduct the meeting to operators, line leaders and technicians, inform the production plans
- Analyze the quality problems.
- Update the production report to manager.
- Prepare the tomorrow plan and materials.
- Attend the management meeting.
- Manage the consumable items.
- Monitor the production scrap rate & plan for reduces the process scrap.




- Preparing the daily, weekly & monthly production report.
- Maintain the 7’S in production floor
- Interaction with company HR related to HR Matter.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION Diploma or BE in respective field and relevant production field experience more than 3 years process and manpower Management would be an added advantage.
