Role Overview

- Product Specialist (PS)

We are looking for a Product Specialist (PS) to drive product awareness, generate demand, and support sales teams through effective product promotion and market engagement. The role involves working closely with doctors, retailers, and internal teams to enhance product visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and create awareness of products among doctors and key stakeholders

- Support the sales team in achieving business targets

- Build strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors

- Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to the sales team

- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights

- Ensure availability and visibility of products in the market

- Assist in executing marketing and promotional campaigns

Key Requirements

- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience (Pharma / OTC / Personal Care preferred)

- Strong product knowledge and presentation skills

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams

- Result-oriented and target-driven approach
