About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Sales Associate with experience in SaaS/IT Sales and outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate should have robust lead generation skills and be comfortable using modern sales tools to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive outbound sales by identifying and engaging potential clients.

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels.

- Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.

- Conduct product demos and communicate the value proposition effectively.

- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.

- Maintain CRM hygiene and track all sales activities.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.

- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience





- 4–6 years of experience in SaaS/IT Product Sales.

- MBA or Master's in Business Administration preferred.

- Strong experience in Outbound Sales and Lead Generation.

- Hands-on experience with:

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Apollo.io

- CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.)

- Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Strong communication and presentation abilities.

- Experience in handling B2B enterprise clients is preferred.

- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.

Good to Have

- Experience selling SaaS or IT products.

- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.
