Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in New Delhi.

The Product

Manager will oversee the lifecycle of assigned products, from market analysis and requirements gathering to launch, enhancement, and eventual phase-out. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, defining product roadmaps, coordinating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams, and ensuring products meet customer needs and business objectives. The role involves preparing product documentation, supporting sales with product training and presentations, monitoring product performance, and recommending improvements based on customer feedback and data.

Manager will also collaborate closely with global stakeholders to align local product strategies with international standards and initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong product management capabilities, including experience in product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and requirements definition.
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities and guide product strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering, electronics, or industrial automation domains; ability to translate technical concepts into customer value.
- Demonstrated skills in project coordination, time management, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree or specialization in product management is an advantage.
- Experience in B2B or industrial products, preferably within electrical or automation sectors, is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with on-site collaboration in New Delhi and willingness to engage with customers and partners as needed.
