We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of our digital banking platforms.

✅ Role: Manager/Sr Manager - Product

✅ Department: Products - Merchant Platform Optimisation

? Location: Navi Mumbai

? Work Mode: Work From Office

? Working Days: 6 Days Working (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

? Experience: 8+ Years

? Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

⚠️ Mandatory Requirements:

- Hands-on Product Management experience in both Web and Mobile Applications is mandatory.
- Must have owned the complete End-to-End Product Lifecycle from product discovery, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, user story creation, development, testing, launch, adoption, and continuous product enhancements.
- Experience in Digital Banking, FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services will be highly preferred .

What You'll Do: ✅ Own the complete product lifecycle—from ideation and strategy to launch and continuous improvement.

✅ Define and execute product roadmaps for digital banking platforms.

✅ Build intuitive,



customer-centric experiences across Web and Mobile applications.

✅ Collaborate with Technology, Business, Operations, Compliance, and UX teams.

✅ Prioritize product backlogs, create user stories, and drive Agile execution.

✅ Use customer insights, analytics, and feedback to enhance product performance.

✅ Explore opportunities to integrate AI and Generative AI into digital products.

We're Looking For:

✔️ 8+ years of Product Management experience.

✔️ Strong experience managing both Web & Mobile products.

✔️ Background in FinTech, Digital Banking, Payments, or Financial Services.

✔️ Expertise in Product Strategy, Roadmaps, Agile, UX, and Product Analytics.

✔️ Exposure to AI/Generative AI is a plus.

✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
