We're looking for a Product Manager to own specific modules of the student onboarding and self-learning journey, shipping features that build lasting learning habits.
What You'll Work On
1. Defining a robust and scalable onboarding flow for all students / learners.
2. Building core self-learning modules that build discipline and habit-forming behavior among students, via gamification and other methods.
3. AI-led thinking — building with an AI-first product mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own specific modules within the onboarding flow and self-learning journey — from ideation through launch and iteration.
2. Design and ship gamified, habit-forming features (streaks, rewards, challenges) that increase daily/weekly active usage among students.
3. Apply AI-first thinking to personalize the learning experience for students.
4. Run structured A/B experiments and build clear frameworks to translate results into product decisions.
5. Collaborate with Tech, Design, Business,
and Marketing/Sales to deliver a seamless, delightful student experience.
6. Track and own key funnel and engagement metrics; use data to identify and prioritize the next set of opportunities.
What We're Looking For
1. 4–6 years in product management, the majority of it at consumer-tech companies known for rigorous problem-solving.
2. Track record of independently shipping impactful consumer features end-to-end.
3. Graduate/postgraduate from a Tier-1 institute (IIT, IIM, or equivalent).
4. Significant experience solving hard, scaled problems at consumer-tech companies.
5. A consumer-first, user-first advocacy mindset — you default to the student's point of view in every decision.
6. Ability to run multiple experiments in parallel and still build confident, repeatable frameworks to conclude results.
