Position : Product Manager / Associate Product Manager

Location : Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and own product roadmaps; manage the complete product lifecycle from strategy to launch.
- Gather and define product requirements aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to create high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and manage release scope.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Leadership for ideation, prioritization, and execution.
- Conduct quantitative analysis and market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
- Analyze market and competitor data to define and enhance product features.
- Monitor user metrics and customer feedback post-launch; drive continuous improvements.




- Prepare training and support documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements :

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Product Management or related roles.
- Strong technical background (preferred : Developer background with solid technical foundation) or prior Product experience.
- Ability to think strategically and build long-term product vision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Valuable understanding of technical architecture and financial impact of product decisions.
