About the Role

We are looking for a Product Lead to drive the strategy, roadmap, and growth of our Video Management Systems (VMS) portfolio. The role involves working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customers, and Technology Partners to build scalable, AI-enabled video surveillance solutions and deliver successful go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
- Drive go-to-market planning and support product sales.




- Gather customer and market insights to enhance the product.
- Lead product launches and enable internal teams.
- Support strategic customer engagements and business growth.
- Ensure product scalability, interoperability, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

- 8–12 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Leadership.
- Experience in Video Management Systems (VMS), Video Surveillance, or Physical Security.
- Strong knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs, ONVIF, RTSP, RTMP, HLS, and AI video analytics.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, APIs, system integrations, and enterprise video solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
