Role Description This is a full-time, on-site one Product Designer and one Graphic Designer role based in Jaipur. The designer will develop and refine product concepts that reflect House of Edwa’s artisanal identity, translating traditional craft elements into up-to-date, functional designs. Day-to-day tasks include creating visual assets, packaging, and branding materials; preparing mood boards and design presentations; and collaborating closely with the founder, Architects , Interior Designer , and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.

The role also involves maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, iterating on feedback,



and supporting photoshoots and marketing campaigns with thoughtful design input. The designer will contribute to both digital and physical brand experiences that highlight the brand’s craftsmanship and luxury positioning.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Product Design skills, including concept development, prototyping, and an understanding of materials and production processes.

Candidates should possess Product Design and Graphics skills, with proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g. Rhino, Blender, Grasshopper, Fusion, Figma ,Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Procreate, ).

Candidates should possess Branding skills, including the ability to create and maintain visual identities, brand guidelines, and cohesive story-driven designs.

Relevant qualifications include a degree or diploma in Product Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and a portfolio showcasing both product and graphic work.

Additional beneficial skills include attention to detail, an appreciation for craft and heritage, strong collaboration and communication abilities, and experience working with luxury or artisanal brands.
