Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitor and expedite vendor activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services as per project schedules.

- Coordinate expediting activities with Project Managers and the Procurement Manager to meet project milestones.

- Track vendor progress and ensure compliance with committed delivery timelines.

- Maintain and regularly update project expediting reports with accurate status information.

- Prepare and circulate weekly expediting reports to internal stakeholders.

- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams to resolve day-to-day procurement and delivery issues.

- Coordinate with vendors to address urgent or emergency procurement requirements.

- Ensure timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Follow up with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices and payment processing.





- Resolve invoice discrepancies, including blocked invoice issues, in coordination with the finance team.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and applicable regulations.

- Build and maintain robust working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- Support procurement operations by ensuring smooth coordination between vendors, project teams, and internal departments.

- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve procurement and project objectives.

Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech in any specialisation from a recognised university.

- 3-7 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Purchase, Expediting, or Supply Chain functions.
