Job Summary:

- We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Process Associate to join our Data Management team.

- The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in data handling, data processing, or backend operations.

- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing data workflows, ensuring quality checks, and supporting day-to-day operational activities.

- Candidates should be comfortable working in night shifts and possess good analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, update, and maintain data records accurately.

- Perform data entry, validation, and quality checks.

- Analyze and organize large sets of data in spreadsheets and internal systems.

- Ensure data accuracy and completeness as per company standards.





- Coordinate with internal teams for data-related requirements.

- Generate reports and maintain MIS records.

- Identify discrepancies in data and resolve them promptly.

- Follow operational guidelines and process SOPs.

- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

- Good typing speed and attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with large datasets.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.

- Comfortable working in night shifts.
