About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Private Equity & Investment Analysis Experts with expertise in private equity, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and investment research to contribute to advanced AI research and evaluation projects . You'll apply your investment expertise to evaluate expert-level financial content, assess AI-generated analyses, and help improve the accuracy, reasoning, and performance of next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. Your private equity and investment analysis expertise are the primary qualifications for success in this role. Professionals with backgrounds in private equity firms, investment banking, corporate finance, venture capital, equity research, or transaction advisory are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Review and evaluate AI-generated investment research, financial models, and valuation analyses for technical accuracy and financial soundness.
- Apply expertise in private equity, financial modeling, company valuation, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and investment analysis .
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, business performance, capital structures, and investment opportunities .
- Evaluate LBO models, DCF valuations, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and investment memorandums .
- Translate complex financial and investment concepts into transparent, structured documentation for AI training and evaluation.




- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure financial accuracy, consistency, and content quality .
- Apply structured evaluation frameworks and professional judgment to improve AI model performance .

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline .
- Strong experience in private equity, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or transaction advisory .
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, due diligence, financial statement analysis, and investment research .
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical thinking, financial reasoning, and problem-solving skills .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to financial detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment .

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA, CFA, CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification .
- Experience with LBO modeling, M&A; transactions, capital markets, venture capital, or growth equity investing .
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, financial data annotation, or AI model evaluation .
- Experience developing investment evaluation frameworks, financial review standards, or quality assurance processes .
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional or remote finance teams .

Compensation

- Competitive compensation of $100–$130/hour.
