IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Banker/Partner to join our team in the North & East region. As a Private Banker/Partner, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized banking and wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients in the North & East region
- Understand clients' financial goals and provide them with customized banking and wealth management solutions
- Cross-sell various banking products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide them with regular updates on market trends and investment opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Private Banking Group

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration,



or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management
- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, investments, and insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust sales and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Additional Parameters:
- CFP or CFA certification is preferred
- Knowledge of local market and industry trends in the North & East region
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
- Fluency in local languages is a plus
