Presales Specialist (PSS – OTT | CPaaS/SaaS)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Presales Specialist (PSS – OTT) with experience in CPaaS/SaaS, WhatsApp Business API, and RCS solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver enterprise solutions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Sales teams to develop and execute presales strategies.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable CPaaS solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution workshops.
- Prepare solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation.
- Present the value of WhatsApp Business API and RCS solutions to enterprise clients.
- Support customer onboarding and solution implementation.
- Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to account growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Meta (WhatsApp Business), Google RCS, and OTT communication technologies.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Presales.
- Experience in CPaaS, SaaS,



Enterprise Messaging, or OTT Communication platforms.
- Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API, RCS, APIs, and enterprise communication solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with product demonstrations, customer presentations, and solution consulting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- B.Tech/BE preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS or CPaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Platform and Google RCS.
- Regional language proficiency:
- Pune: Marathi
- Kolkata: Bengali (Bangla)
