Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.

Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and offers.

Schedule site visits for prospective customers.

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads.

Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.

What We're Looking For





Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Real Estate.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Robust communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
