About the Role

We are seeking a Power Automate Solutions Developer (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on Microsoft Power Automate, workflow automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Power Platform, enterprise integrations, intelligent document processing, and AI-generated technical content evaluation.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated Power Automate flows, desktop automation solutions, cloud workflows, approval processes, API integrations, automation architectures, and technical documentation. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for enterprise workflow automation, business process optimization, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, RPA, enterprise automation, low-code development, or business process automation.

Responsibilities

- Review AI-generated Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, approval workflows, business process automations, connectors, API integrations, and solution architectures.
- Evaluate enterprise automation scenarios involving Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, SAP, Salesforce, and third-party applications.
- Verify AI-generated recommendations for workflow optimization, exception handling, monitoring, governance, and production deployment.




- Assess AI-generated automation solutions for maintainability, performance, usability, and enterprise readiness.
- Identify workflow failures, automation bottlenecks, integration issues, security risks, process inefficiencies, and documentation gaps.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in workflow automation, Power Platform development, and enterprise automation.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, workflow automation, RPA, or enterprise application development.
- Designing and developing Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
- Automating business processes using Power Platform solutions.
- Integrating Microsoft 365 services, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Developing approval workflows, scheduled automations, and event-driven processes.
- Reviewing AI-generated Power Automate solutions and technical documentation.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Power FX, JavaScript, C#, Python , or SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with Azure Functions, Azure API Management, SQL Server, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and enterprise connectors.
- Excellent analytical thinking, debugging, solution design, documentation, and written English communication skills.




- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate enterprise automation solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Microsoft partners, enterprise organizations, consulting firms, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), or digital transformation teams.
- Experience automating finance, HR, procurement, legal, IT operations, customer support, compliance, or business operations processes.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated automation workflows, Power Platform solutions, integration architectures, technical documentation, or business process automations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Generative AI, AI agents, AI benchmarking, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), intelligent automation, or enterprise AI solutions is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
- or equivalent Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
