We’re growing rapidly and looking for dedicated Postpartum Professionals I to join our team. You’ll provide essential, hands-on support to new families in the critical first weeks and months after birth while building your skills under the guidance of more experienced caregivers.

Qualifications 18 years or older with valid driver’s license or state ID

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Completed or in-progress doula certification (DONA, CAPPA, Bastyr, or equivalent)

0–2 years of postpartum or newborn care experience





CPR & First Aid certification (Basic Life Support for infant, pediatric, and adult populations)

Proof of flu, COVID-19, and TDAP immunizations (must remain up to date)

Personal liability insurance of at least $1M

Completed background check prior to first family placement Role Highlights Support families in the home with newborn care basics (diapering, soothing, safe sleep setup)

Provide light household support (meal prep, laundry, nursery organization)

Offer emotional reassurance to parents adjusting to postpartum recovery
