Primary Responsibilities: Portfolio Monitoring - Real Estate

Additional Responsibilities:

Submission & Reporting Management – Ability to manage quarterly submission cycles, track deadlines, and ensure timely reporting.

Query Resolution & Problem Solving – Investigates data issues independently and resolves stakeholder queries within defined SLAs.

Data Governance & Controls – Maintains robust compliance with data standards, controls, and reporting requirements.

Process Documentation – Updates SOPs, maintains knowledge repositories, and ensures process consistency.

Project Coordination – Coordinates with multiple teams to manage submissions, escalations, onboarding, and vendor transitions. [

Communication Skills – Clear written and verbal communication with clients, investment professionals, and external partners.

Dashboard & Reporting Skills – Ability to use Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for analysis and KPI reporting.

Root Cause Analysis – Identifies recurring data issues, trends, and process gaps to improve data quality outcomes.

Client Service Orientation – Focuses on responsiveness, quality delivery, and building trusted stakeholder relationships.

Adaptability & Learning Agility – Quickly adapts to changing workflows, evolving data requirements, and new technology platforms.

Required work experience

- Industry: Private Markets, Investment Banking, Consulting
- Years of experience: 3-5 years

Key Performance Indicators: 1. Submission Cycle Management





- Own the quarterly submission tracker and ensure on-time receipt of all RE submissions across Directs, Funds, and Credit/Debt.
- Manage overdue submission follow-ups (3x weekly cadence) and failed-submission rework with client’s Data Partners.
- Co-ordinate with client teams to track and resolve system bugs affecting submissions.
- Prepare the weekly escalation pack summarizing overdue items, top blockers, and recommended escalations; deliver error-free to the client by stipulated date & time each week

2. Data Quality (DQ) Review & Portal Management

- Manage DQ portal execution: Run all required validation rules across RE asset classes (Directs, Funds, Credit, Debt) and ensure follow-through to completion of all quarterly data flags.
- Prepare accurate, well-evidenced, and consistent DQ responses aligned with the client's DQ rule.
- Track individual DQ resolution turnaround times, isolate recurring data anomalies, and flag observations to the supervisor for DQ rule effectiveness evaluation.
- Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities targeting a ~10% efficiency gain on DQ portal execution.

3. Query Management

- Resolve tickets: Handle the volume of quarterly partner queries, ensuring final resolution within the 3-business-day SLA to support QE reporting.
- Update knowledge base: Analyze query trends, document recurring themes,



and update the internal knowledge base/FAQ to reduce repeat queries cycle-on-cycle.
- Escalate bottlenecks: Independently research complex queries using domain knowledge, and escalate to the supervisor only where specific client investment context is missing.

4. Partner Onboarding Support

- Prepare tool setups: Execute the technical setup and identification steps required to onboard new partners into the system.
- Build training packs: Draft and assemble handover packs, access setups, and training materials to the client's standard before each onboarding call.

5. Governance & Operations

- Log operational KPIs: Collate, update, and report individual SLA and KPI data daily for weekly governance and quarterly QBR reporting.
- Update SOPs: Document and update process changes or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) instantly when workflows evolve.

Support vendor transition: Execute data migration, mapping, and cleanup tasks to support the transition to the client's managed data services vendor.
