About the Role

As a PMO Executive , you will play a pivotal role in supporting project management processes and ensuring project governance. You will work closely with project managers to streamline project activities and provide necessary documentation to facilitate smooth operations. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Requires strong and advanced Excel and PPT creation skills, for Report and Status preparation & presentation.

Candidate will be Responsible for:

- Tracking project progress and maintaining project documentation to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Preparing Reports in Excel, including Charts.
- Should be able to prepare Dashboards reports using Pivots
- Should have very strong knowledge of Excel internal functions such as Text, Date, VLookup, Hlookup, XLookup etc.
- Should have very strong PPT skills and have good knowledge of Presenting reports using Charts in slides




- Should be able to create graphics for representing Business principle, Business Process etc.
- Providing administrative support for project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities.
- Assisting in the development of project management methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Should Schedule meetings, Drive meetings, note down action items and follow up for closure.
- Should co-ordinate business travels, visa requests if any, client visits with support groups such as Admin,HR,IT INfra etc
- Should ensure necessary data is prepared and reported as per instruction from PMO lead
- Should support PMO lead w.r.t project schedule, deliverables, reviews and key milestones

To succeed in this role you should have the following
- A PM related certification
- A background in project management or similar fields, with a solid understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong Skills in MS Office Suites, such as Excel, PPT, Word etc
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Should have experience in Project management tools like JIRA, Remedy etc
- Should have prior experience in working in a SAP Project
