Role Description The Planning Engineer (Corporate Interior Fit-Out) will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules for corporate interior fit-out projects in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and clients to align timelines, resources, and deliverables.

The Planning

Engineer will prepare and review work breakdown structures, track progress against baselines, analyze variances,



and propose corrective actions to ensure on-time and within-budget completion. Daily activities involve preparing progress reports, supporting production planning at site, assisting in procurement and resource planning, and contributing to risk identification and mitigation plans. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, supporting adherence to safety and quality standards, and participating in regular review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust planning and production planning skills for corporate interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and project control capabilities to track progress, manage risks, and optimize schedules.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in interior fit-out, civil or construction projects, and familiarity with planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Relevant educational background such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to interpret drawings and BOQs, understanding of safety and quality standards, and strong time-management and problem-solving skills will be beneficial.
