Key Responsibilities
- Onboard learners and provide end-to-end program support.
- Resolve learner queries related to LMS, schedules, billing, and academics.
- Monitor learner progress, conduct check-ins, and improve retention.
- Coordinate live sessions, trainers, and LMS content updates.
- Track assignments, projects, and learner performance.
- Generate reports on attendance, progress, and program outcomes.
- Create invoices and coordinate with the finance team for payment-related processes.
- Support finance operations with basic invoicing and payment reconciliation.
