- Placement of Students
- Build and maintain a pipeline of hiring partners actively looking for talent in our students' domains
- Match students to roles based on skill level, course specialization, and career goals
- Track placement metrics: time-to-placement, offer acceptance rate, role relevance, starting compensation
- Follow up post-placement to confirm retention and satisfaction (both student and employer side)
- Creation of Success Stories
- Document placed students' journeys: background, challenges, course impact, outcome
- Capture in multiple formats (written testimonials, video interviews, LinkedIn posts, case studies)
- Use success stories for two audiences: prospective students (marketing/conversion)



and current students (motivation)
- Build a repository so stories can be filtered by course, role type, or student profile for targeted use
- Motivating and Pursuing Students for Results
- Proactively reach out to students who are close to job-ready but stalled (resume gaps, low application activity, interview anxiety)
- Set transparent milestones and check-ins so students stay accountable to their placement timeline
- Share peer success stories at the right moment to re-energize disengaged students
- Identify at-risk students early (low engagement, missed deadlines) and intervene before they drop off Why this matters
