Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Phonics & Communications Expert working with both toddlers and working professionals, as well as students of all grades across domestic and Indian regions. The expert will design and deliver phonics-based and communication-focused lessons, adapting methods to suit different age groups and learning needs. Daily tasks include planning interactive sessions, creating structured learning materials, and conducting online classes or workshops to build robust speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

The role involves assessing learner progress, providing individual feedback, and collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum and teaching strategies.



The expert will also support internal communication regarding program updates, learning outcomes, and best practices.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for diverse age groups and professional contexts.

Candidates should possess Strategic Communications and Internal Communications skills to support educational initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Candidates should possess experience with Press Releases and formal communication materials for educational or related domains.

Candidates should possess expertise in phonics instruction, language development, and classroom or online teaching methodologies.

Candidates should possess the ability to design age-appropriate learning content, apply digital tools for remote teaching, and assess learner progress effectively.

Relevant teaching certifications or training in English language, phonics, communication skills, or education are beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience working with toddlers, school students, and adult learners across varied cultural and regional backgrounds is an advantage.
