Position Title: PF (Stores-Inventory Control) (Officer/Senior Officer - Stores (Inventory Control)

Professional Qualifications: DME/BE/Material Management

Essential: Relevant experience in Inventory Management

Preferably: Store Experience

Job Context:

Experienced Inventory Management skilled with strong expertise in end-to-end stores operations, material control, and SAP-based inventory systems within a manufacturing/industrial environment. Proven ability to ensure accurate stock management, timely material availability, and adherence to organizational SOPs and compliance standards.

Well-versed in:

- Physical stock verification & cycle counting
- Ensure 100% stock of MIN-MAX items
- Non-moving / obsolete stock identification and liquidation
- Scrap management and disposal coordination
- Documentation and audit compliance
- MIS of S&S; Inventory related to Senior management.

Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills:
- Timely Monitoring & releasing of PR's
- Circulating monthly Slow Moving, Non-Moving, Surplus & Obsolete Inventory to Group units.
- Maintaining 100% stock of MIN-MAX Items
- Preparing timely Inventory Reports




- Co-ordinating & preparing STO (Stock Transfer Order) to Intra-units.

KRA 1: Inventory Accuracy & Control
- Maintain ≥ 98-99% inventory accuracy (system vs physical).
- Ensure stock reconciliation and variance analysis on a periodic basis.
- Conduct cycle counting / annual physical verification as per schedule.

KRA 2: Stock Optimization (FSN / ABC Control)
- MonitorFast, Slow, Non-moving (FSN)items regularly.
- Analyzedead / obsolete inventoryand initiate disposal actions.
- Maintain inventory atoptimum level (avoid excess & shortages).
- Periodic review usingABC classification.

KRA 3: Issue & Availability Management
- Ensuretimely material availabilityto user departments.
- Monitorstock-outs / critical sparesand escalate proactively.
- Trackpending reservations / open reservations fulfilment.

KRA 4: Material Storage & Handling
- Ensure properstacking, preservation, and identificationof materials.
- FollowFIFO/Shelf life principleswhere applicable.
- Maintainbin location accuracy and 5S standardsin stores.

KRA 5: Reporting & MISPrepare and circulate
- Daily GRN pending report
- Non-moving / slow-moving stock report
- Inventory ageing reports
- Monthly stock valuation report
