Role Description The Performance Marketer role at Crepdog Crew is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The person in this role will manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other relevant channels to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing performance marketing strategies, analyzing campaign data, managing budgets, and running A/B tests to improve key metrics.

The role also involves collaborating with the creative and merchandising teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.

Marketer will regularly report on performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend data-backed improvements to overall marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Solid skills in performance marketing, including campaign planning, optimization, and reporting across paid social and search platforms.

Strong skills in whatsapp and email marketing or retention marketing.

Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics or attribution platforms.

Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and customer acquisition costs.

Experience collaborating with creative, content, and merchandising teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.

Solid understanding of e-commerce, funnel optimization, and retargeting strategies;

experience with sneaker or streetwear brands is a plus.

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site setting in New Delhi.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
