We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads to drive measurable growth across our D2C beauty brands. If you are analytical, performance-driven, and passionate about scaling digital campaigns - we'd love to connect. Key responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end

Monitor ROAS, ROI, CPC, CTR, CPA and conversion metrics daily

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B creative testing

Scale campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Reels, and Advantage+

Build and manage retargeting funnels (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU) across both platforms

Manage audience targeting - Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, Interest & Behavioral

Handle Smart Bidding strategies - Target ROAS, Target CPA, Maximize Conversions

Allocate and optimize budgets across Google & Meta for maximum efficiency

Analyze performance data via GA4,



Google Ads Manager & Meta Ads Manager

Build reporting dashboards (Looker Studio or similar) with actionable insights

Coordinate with creative teams on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages

Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and D2C marketing trends Requirements

Minimum 6 Months of hands-on experience in performance marketing

Strong Google Ads expertise is mandatory - Search, Shopping, PMax

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization

Solid understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution models

Experience managing ad budgets and optimizing for ROAS & CPA

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making

Ability to brief and coordinate with creative teams on ad assets

D2C / Beauty / Skincare industry experience preferred

Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus Why join us
