About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead upper-funnel growth initiatives across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and app engagement channels. This role demands deep expertise in audience strategy, funnel performance, and platform efficiency to drive scale, ROI, and customer quality.

Key Responsibilities:

? Plan & manage all digital marketing – SEO/SEM, social, display, and database campaigns

? Build & execute campaigns on Facebook, Google, Twitter, and affiliate channels

? Measure performance against ROI and KPIs; optimize install campaigns for CPI and post-install performance

? Drive app acquisition & engagement via targeting, innovation, and creative excellence

? Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and conversion experiments

? Analyze MAU, DAU, and converting users regularly; optimize spend based on insights

? Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages, UX, and user funnels





? Manage budgets and financials for digital marketing initiatives

? Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption

Requirements:

✅ 7–9 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Google, Meta, app-focused platforms)

✅ Robust understanding of audience strategy, media planning, attribution models, and martech

✅ Proven success in digital acquisition, campaign ROI, and new user retention

✅ Deep analytical skills – cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, incrementality testing

✅ Strategic thinker with a data-first approach

✅ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

✅ Capability to mentor and grow junior team members

✅ Prior experience in beauty, fashion, D2C, or consumer tech is a plus
